Esalen Massage and Bodywork practitioner, Homeopath
Hello and welcome to my website. It is designed to offer some information on my work as a Homeopath and Esalen Bodywork practitioner.
I have been interested in holistic healthcare most of my life. This started from the array of complementary health professionals I visited for my own health problems and continued with me making my own syrups and teas from foraging trips in Guernsey. After school I decided to continue this interest and went to train in London.
My training was a 3 year bachelor of science degree in Homeopathy and a Licentiate from the Centre for Homeopathic Education which I undertook after completing one years naturopathic training, the knowledge of which is incorporated into my treatment with the use of Bach flower remedies, tissue salts, lifestyle and nutritional recommendations.
Since then I have trained in Zurich in Esalen Massage and Bodywork which has added a deeper knowledge to my understanding of the human body and what it requires to maintain balance.
